There is no shortage of physical and psychological barriers in running, but having a partner in accountability will help with breaking down those barriers.
Our services are for people whose lives include more than running. Establishing a routine is essential for reaching your goals, but we will take the time to figure out the best routine for you. Your work schedule, exercise schedule, schedules for your family, other commitments, and times of the day when you have more energy and motivation for running are among the items that we will review when establishing a training plan.
Achieving your goals is paramount in the running world. In order to reach those goals, you need set the proper goal. We will work together to review your running history and future to determine what your proper goal should be. In may be a certain finishing time or completing a distance you haven't reached before, but it needs to be proper and achievable.
Team Sanford is part of many strong running communities. We strongly believe that everybody is a runner and running should be an inclusive activity. All of our clients will also have to commit to help building the running community.
